How to catch Shadow Bass

Use the Fishing Rod. The exact approach depends on the creature’s category and, for shore-dwellers, its species type.

1. Cast the Fishing Rod into the right water: rivers and lakes for freshwater fish, coastal waters for saltwater fish.

The shadow bass belongs to the sunfish family. Contrary to the "sun" in their family name, they are darker in color, blending into rivers like shadows, hence their namesake.

Interestingly, some of these "shadowy" bass share the same waters as their relatives, the "sunny" bream.
